DELIVERY
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery are free.
If you’ve chosen standard delivery, we aim to deliver your parcel within 3 to 7 business days. Once your order has left our warehouse in Italy, we will send you an email to let you know your parcel is on its way. If you do not receive your package in 15 days please email customercare@lovenoodle.it to let us know.
If you are ordering more than one item your goods may be sent to you in installments. If shipping charges are applicable you will be charged for the first parcel only.
Express Delivery
Free express delivery on orders over €400, or €15 for orders under €400.
If you’ve chosen express delivery, we aim to deliver your parcel within 2 to 4 business days. Once your order has left our Italy warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email. Please note, a signature will be required on receipt of your order.
Express delivery parcels will not be delivered on Saturday, Sunday or government holidays.
Noodle is not responsible for possible delays in shipments caused by international customs issues, delays caused by couriers or any other circumstances beyond the control of Noddle
Please note:
During promotions shipping time may be affected and due to high demand we can’t offer express delivery during sale periods.
Customs
Noodle is not responsible for any customs clearance fees incurred for shipment landing outside the EU.
