Delivery
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery are free.
If you've chosen standard delivery, we aim to deliver your parcel within 3 to 7 business days. Once your order has left our warehouse in Italy, we will send you and email to let you know your parcel is on its way. If you do not receive your package in 15 days email customercare@noodle.it
If you are ordering more than one item your goods may be sent to you in installments. If shipping charges are applicable you will be charged for the first parcel only.
Express Delivery
Free express delivery on orders over €400, or €15 for orders under €400.
If you've chosen express delivery, we aim to deliver your parcel within 2 to 4 business days. Once your order has left our Italy warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email. Please note, a signature will be required on receipt of your order.
Express delivery parcels will not be delivered on Saturday, Sunday or government holidays.
Noodle is not responsible for possible delays in shipments caused by international customs issues, delays caused by couriers or any other circumstances beyond the control of Noddle
Please note:
During promotions shipping time may be affected and due to high demand we can’t offer express delivery during sale periods.
Customs
Noodle is not responsible for any customs clearance fees incurred for shipment landing outside the EU.
Returns
Returns Policy
We are happy to offer a refund on any full price items returned to us in perfect condition, within 30 days of receipt of order, with proof of purchase. Sale items may be refunded within 30 days of receipt of order if they are sent back in perfect condition with proof of purchase. After 30 days of receipt of order, sale items can only be returned in exchange for a credit note if they are sent back in perfect condition.
Faulty items may be returned at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights. Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase.
How To Return An Item
You will receive an invoice and a return note in your parcel. It is very important when you return an item that you include the returns note, where you can find a return label on the right hand side of your return note. If you are unable to do this, please print out your order details from the website or your order confirmation email and indicate which items you are returning and include this in the parcel.
If the items you wish to return have been delivered in separate parcels please return them to us in one parcel with the corresponding return sections. By doing this we will be able to process your refund faster.

How To Make Your Return
1. Please complete the returns section on the front of your return note using the returns codes listed.
2. Enclose your return note with the unwanted items in the reusable mailing bag.
3. Address the outside of the reusable mailing bag with the detachable Noodle pre-print label on your return note.
Please note packages must be returned prepaid. The cost of returning items back to us is not refunded. Please not that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Always retain proof of postage.
Order Cancellation
If you are a customer in the European Union you have the right to cancel or withdraw your order with us within 14 calendar days from the day after the date you received your order. Please see our terms and conditions for information on how to cancel an order.
