Delivery
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery are free.
If you've chosen standard delivery, we aim to deliver your parcel within 3 to 7 business days. Once your order has left our warehouse in Italy, we will send you and email to let you know your parcel is on its way. If you do not receive your package in 15 days email customercare@noodle.it
If you are ordering more than one item your goods may be sent to you in installments. If shipping charges are applicable you will be charged for the first parcel only.
Express Delivery
Free express delivery on orders over €400, or €15 for orders under €400.
If you've chosen express delivery, we aim to deliver your parcel within 2 to 4 business days. Once your order has left our Italy warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email. Please note, a signature will be required on receipt of your order.
Express delivery parcels will not be delivered on Saturday, Sunday or government holidays.
Noodle is not responsible for possible delays in shipments caused by international customs issues, delays caused by couriers or any other circumstances beyond the control of Noddle
Please note:
During promotions shipping time may be affected and due to high demand we can’t offer express delivery during sale periods.
Customs
Noodle is not responsible for any customs clearance fees incurred for shipment landing outside the EU.
Returns
Returns Policy
We are happy to offer a refund on any full price items returned to us in perfect condition, within 14 days of receipt of order, with proof of purchase. Sale items may be refunded within 14 days of receipt of order if they are sent back in perfect condition with proof of purchase. After 14 days of receipt of order, sale items can only be returned in exchange for a credit note if they are sent back in perfect condition.
Faulty items may be returned at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights. Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase.
How To Return An Item
To initiate a return, please complete our online return request form. Our customer care team will review your request and get back to you within 48 business hours with all the instructions you need.

Order Cancellation
If you are a customer in the European Union you have the right to cancel or withdraw your order with us within 14 calendar days from the day after the date you received your order. Please see our terms and conditions for information on how to cancel an order.
